METALUCIFER: Anniversary CD Out Now

December 26, 2005

Polish label Hardsound Productions, in cooperation with the Dragonight Agency, has just released a limited CD album of the Japanese underground heavy metal cult band METALUCIFER. "Heavy Metal Hunting 1995-2005" is limited to 666 hand-numbered copies, and it includes seven previously unreleased tracks and vinyl b-sides, as well as the very first METALUCIFER live show (recorded in Koblenz, Germany in 2000).

METALUCIFER, which started out as a side project of the SABBAT mainman Gezol, are well known worldwide due to their rough and unique style inspired by the early '80s heavy metal heroes. The band have also toured Japan, United States, and have played the legendary Wacken Open Air festival in Germany.

METALUCIFER have commenced work on the follow-up to "Heavy Metal Chainsaw", tentatively titled "Heavy Metal Bulldozer".
